Redesign of the accessarea of the bus depot east

After the energetic renovation of the driver administration building of the bus depot east, the office of Kai Otto Architects was commissioned with the redesign of the entrance and access area.

After the demolition of the former barrier system and the porter's house, an access island with a curved metal border was created. Thanks to the lighting on the base and and on the MVG logo, it is clearly visible from afar. The plant basin with tall grass behind the edging offers employees an optical island of calm.
