The overall living space of a semi-detached house, built n 1963 in Krailing, has been extended with two living rooms, bathroom and a corridor. The south-eastern part of the family house was complemented with a one-storeyed L-shaped extension in a typical timber-frame construction. The entrance area of the family house has been moved to the front area. That’s why a spacious entrance was created, with two living rooms attached to it on the right and left hand side. The former guest toilet has been changed into a spacious shower bath. The façade is designed with large-scaled fibre-cement boards in grey.
