Construction of a single-storey low-rise building

Kai Otto Architekten have built a single-storey extension with a flat roof for the technical building management and to ensure the security of supply of a property owned by the Free State of Bavaria. A workshop, offices, storage and social areas as well as a combined heat and power plant were created - a total of approx. 250 square meters of usable space. The fire alarm system in the existing building was also replaced. The work was carried out while the directly adjacent scientific buildings continued to operate.
