Renovation of the underground car park of an office and commercial building in the city center of Munich

Subject of the assignment was the renovation of the underground car park of an office and commercial building from the 1970s in the city center of Munich.

In addition to the conscientious removal and repair of the road surface and the replacement of some drainage grids, new screed was laid on the slope of the driveway, and new channels were installed to ensure better water drainage.All sewage pipes at the 1st and 2nd basement were replaced and new fire doors were installed. 

In addition, the floor was sealed with a new resin coating and provided with clear lettering for better orientation.

In order to brighten the basement as a whole, the walls were painted and the lighting was renewed.
