Kai Otto Architects is an architectural firm based in the heart of Munich, with additional offices located at the Martinsried Science Campus and on the grounds of Schwabing Hospital. Since its foundation in 2009, our team has been designing and delivering contemporary, functional architecture for research, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, education, and commercial projects.

Our services include new construction, conversions, refurbishments, laboratory design, energy consulting, and general planning. A strong focus is placed on sustainable and energy-efficient building, as well as on renovation and transformation of existing structures – even during ongoing operations.

Kai Otto Architects manages all work stages defined by the German HOAI with the highest level of commitment, expertise, and attention to detail.
