Kai Otto Architekten was founded in 2005 and our headquarters are located in the city centre of Munich. In addition, we have two more offices, one on the scientific campus in Martinsried and one on the premises of the Schwabing Hospital. We plan and realize modern and functional construction projects for the research and health sectors as well as educational and commercial buildings. Our expertise covers the fields of new construction, conversion, laboratory planning and energy efficiency consulting as well as general planning. Our specialist areas are the reconstruction and refurbishment of existing buildings – especially while maintaining operations – as well as sustainable and energy-efficient construction.
